AvtoVAZ the Russian car manufacturer has announced that they are going to stop the production of the popular Russian brand car Lada 2107 and is going to concentrate on the new models with the Renault-Nissan collaboration as the Lada sales had steeply went down. The new model is four-door Lada Granta.

In the cold war times it was shown as Russian identification in the American movies. The car was sold in the Europe under the brand name of Riva. Later the model was redesigned by the Fiat with boxy style along with 4 doors and a radio and fan for the Russian car lovers.
