Canadian Auto parts Makers Slip.
Canadian auto parts makers ar slipping in their export industry. They are mainly attached to American car makers and used to export their products over there. Mean while their export of auto parts to the othere regions like Europe and Asia are very low when comparing it to North America. It seems some the Candian auto m akers are reloacting their factories in the America region for easy supply path.
When comparing with the last year production this year they saw little increase in the sales while it is not catching with the world wide upswing of the motor industry.
The other factor for the industry's low profile in the recent times is those auto makers are shifting their locations to cheaper part making low salary paid area's to benefit more money thus leaving behind the traditional Canadian auto parts makers in the low production side.
Canadian parts exports to Aisa and Latin America seen to be less than $200-million annually since the year 2009, less than half of what they were just three years earlier in the market.
The main reason for lacking in the industry for the Canadian auto parts makers is their inability to join in the fast improving auto industry in the Aisa and Latin America regions. This only will improve their annual productivity and to be dominant in the auto parts making industry.
