Tesla won't sell cars in New Jersey
Electric car maker Tesla is asking its clients in New Jersey to come over to their New York City store or its King of Prussia, Pa. location near Philadelphia show room to buy their cars as the New Jersey motor vehicle commission has blocked Tesla from selling its electric cars through their own retailers.
Already their selling their electric cars directly the customers through their own retail locations in New York and Pennsylvania as they don't won't to relay on third-party dealerships for their sales.
Tesla's CEO Musk wrote in his blog post that the New Jersey stores will be seen as galleries, where you can see the car and ask questions of our staff, but we will not be able to discuss price or complete a sale in the store. However, that can still be done at our Manhattan store just over the river in Chelsea or our King of Prussia store near Philadelphia.
